600 Homes at Southern Springs by Del Webb to Break Ground in January 2016
NASHVILLE, Tenn., Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Del Webb is planning its second community in the state of Tennessee with Southern Springs by Del Webb in Spring Hill. The active adult community, which will feature 600 homes on more than 300 acres of land, is expected to break ground in January 2016 with an official grand opening in spring 2017.
Southern Springs by Del Webb is located about 35 minutes south of downtown Nashville and 20 minutes south of Franklin.
