Delores Randolph is Recognized by Continental Who's Who Among Law Enforcement Professionals

PETERSBURG, Va., March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Delores Randolph is recognized by Continental Who's Who among Law Enforcement Professionals. Delores is the Co-Owner and Assistant Director of Chesterfield Security Training Academy, Inc.

Delores began work with Chesterfield Security Training Academy 15 years ago and has found great success since its inception. Delores' proficiency in the field of law enforcement and her extraordinary instructional skills have contributed to the vast achievements of Chesterfield Security Training Academy, Inc. In addition, Delores' leadership and expertise have added to the excellent reputation and success of the business which is a top choice for many professional clients who are interested in completing extensive security training as well as acquiring services. In addition to establishing Chesterfield Security Training Academy, Delores served in the Petersburg police department for 31 years. At the culmination of career with the Petersburg police department, she retired having earned the distinguished rank of captain.  Throughout her time with the Petersburg Police Department, Delores was the recipient of a Purple Heart, Meritorious Duty Award, an Expert Firearm Award, 13 Progress Awards, 11 Safe Driving Awards, and a Chief's Special Recognition Award.

Furthermore, Delores has worked as a DCJS instructor for 30 years as a General Instructor on the public side and has instructed on Cultural Diversity, Sex Crimes Investigations, Juvenile Matters, Community Policing, and Arrest Procedures. For 17 of the 30 years, she worked in the private sector as a General Instructor and Firearms Instructor and is registered to instruct in Unarmed, Armed, Arrest Authority, Shotgun, Advanced Firearms, Bail Bondsman, Bail Enforcement Agent, Special Conservator of  the Peace and Private Investigation. She has also been trained in the field of Terrorism through the police department and is certified to instruct on the topic through the private security sector.

Delores received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, and a minor in philosophy from Saint Leo University. In addition, she earned a certificate of completion in the Administrative Officers Management Program at North Carolina State University.
