Denise Mariani Named Chair of Stark & Stark's Nursing Home Litigation Group
PRINCETON, N.J., Aug. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Stark & Stark announced that Denise Mariani has been named chair of its Nursing Home Litigation Group. A shareholder in the firm, Ms. Mariani will be leading its team representing victims of nursing home neglect and abuse.

A native of Trenton, Ms. Mariani is committed to advocacy on behalf of women and other underserved constituencies. She is currently a board member on the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce's "Women in Business Alliance," where she has served on the subcommittee to plan the New Jersey Conference for Women. Ms. Mariani is also actively involved with the Trenton Catholic Academy's annual Gala. She chaired the Community Projects Committee of the Mercer County Bar Association for many years, leading various charitable events and fundraisers throughout the County.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark in 1995, Denise Mariani served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Paul T. Koenig and The Honorable Linda R. Feinberg of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division-Family Part. She also served as a certified legal intern in the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office in Trenton, New Jersey and the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
In 2004, Ms. Mariani became certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. She holds a J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.
