Dental Care Alliance Marks Women's Equality Day with Launch of Women of DCA

SARASOTA, Fla., Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On Women's Equality Day, Dental Care Alliance (DCA), one of the largest dental support organizations (DSOs) in the country, is proud to announce the official launch of its newest employee resource group (ERG), Women of DCA.

The Women of DCA ERG was designed to create a connected community of women and allies at DCA that champions equity, amplifies voices, and supports personal and professional development. With women representing the majority of the dental workforce nationwide, this group recognizes the critical role women play in shaping the future of oral healthcare.
