Dental Office Donates Free Day of Dental Care for Senior Citizens
Make Seniors Smile offers New York City residents the opportunity to improve their oral health at no cost to them
NEW YORK, May 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, on Friday, May 11th, for the second year in a row, the doctors and staff of Central Park West Dentistry will donate their time and services to the community, by hosting a day of free dental care. Last year, the free dental event benefited children in the community, but this year, the dental office has chosen to give free services to senior citizens, ages 65 and up.
Central Park West Dentistry will perform cleanings, exams, fillings, and extractions at no charge on Make Seniors Smile Day. When asked why their dental office has chosen to undertake such a generous task, Dr. John Lhota, owner of CPW Dentistry, replied: "The elderly often have the most extensive dental needs, but the least flexibility in their budgets. We're happy to give them an opportunity to get their dental health back on track."
Central Park West Dentistry is a full-service dental practice on Manhattan's Upper West Side, specializing in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry for patients of all ages. Their office is open 7 days a week, offering early morning, late evening, and emergency appointments for busy New Yorkers.
