Denver Magazine Announces 2010 'Denver Chef of the Year' Finalists
DENVER, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Denver Magazine announced today the finalists for its 2010 “Denver Chef of the Year” awards program. In an extensive search that included countless anonymous meals and input from chefs, sommeliers, farmers, instructors, and other industry professionals across the state, Denver Magazine scoured the city for the most influential culinary artisans of the year.
“In addition to being consistently talented at their craft and an inspiration for others in the business, these individuals have made a significant contribution to the Denver dining scene since this time last year,” says Denver Magazine publisher/editor Michael Ledwitz.
“Whether they opened a new restaurant or went from relative obscurity to being a chef we had heard about most during the nomination process, these talented individuals were an important part of the Denver culinary world this year, and it is a pleasure to honor them,” says Denver Magazine senior food editor, Stacey Brugeman.
