Deputy Sheriff Elton R. Simmons Receives Officer of the Month Award

WASHINGTON, Nov. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund has selected Deputy Sheriff Elton R. Simmons, of the Los Angeles County (CA) Sheriff's Department, to receive its Officer of the Month Award for November 2013.
