DePuy Settlement News Not Expected To Change Until January 2013 When Next Set Of Cases In Maryland Are Planned To Go To Trial

NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Legal-Bay LLC, The Lawsuit Settlement Funding Company, announced today that they do not believe that any news regarding a potential settlement of the DePuy ASR litigation will come until 2013. More importantly, Legal-Bay has been informed that the litigation could drag out due to the recent news that the first settled cases were substantially less than what were expected, as reported in a Bloomberg article in August.
