Derco Expands Agreement with Telair to Include Exclusive Distribution to the United States Government

MILWAUKEE, April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Derco Aerospace, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company, announced today it has reached agreement with Telair International to expand its existing distribution agreement in which Derco will now exclusively distribute Telair's line of fixed-wing actuators, valves, winches and related piece parts to the U.S. Government. Sikorsky Aerospace Services is the worldwide aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

Telair's line of innovative military aircraft products are standard equipment on a wide variety of aircraft around the world. Previously, Derco exclusively distributed Telair's military aircraft products to the international market. This new agreement expands on this arrangement by adding distribution of Telair's products to the U.S. government.
