Byline Bank is a neighborhood-focused bank that was looking to enhance its online and mobile banking experiences, as well as provide more resources and superior products to its customers. During the design process, Devbridge Group took into account previous SEO and analytics data to improve user acquisition and created a mobile-optimized experience. Devbridge Group also streamlined the way Byline Bank presents its brand by cutting down pages by 50%. In addition, Devbridge Group implemented Better CMS which gives the client more power and control by enabling its team to manage their own workflow and content, and make changes in real-time without relying on Devbridge Group.  

Devbridge Group also provided valuable consulting about information and site architecture, carried out a number of third party integrations, and helped Byline Bank make their operations more efficient. For example, it improved Byline Bank's hiring process by sending job applications to unique emails based on their job title, instead of a generic Human Resources email. This enabled hiring managers to immediately see the applications they needed instead of waiting for them to go through Human Resources. Devbridge Group also built a Contact Us form that sends specific requests to different employees based on input.
