DeVito/Verdi Strikes Gold (And Silver And Bronze) At 14th Annual Service Industry Advertising Awards Show
Campaign For Legal Sea Foods Named "Best In Show" For Television Campaign
NEW YORK, March 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- New York advertising agency DeVito/Verdi was awarded "Best In Show" in the Television Advertising-Series category for its campaign for Legal Sea Foods, and won a dozen additional awards at the recent 14th annual Service Industry Advertising Awards.
In total, DeVito/Verdi won six gold, two silver, two bronze and three merit awards at the Atlanta ceremony that recognizes creative achievement for clients and brands in the service industry.
The agency showed its creative diversity by winning gold medals in the Newspaper, Magazine and Television advertising categories, as well as for a Social Media campaign.

DeVito/Verdi also won two gold awards for the New York hospital Mount Sinai Medical Center (TV Advertising-Series and Magazine Advertising-Series), and one each for New England furniture retailer Bernie & Phyl's, (Magazine Advertising-Series) and the Midwest department store chain Gordmans (Social Media).
The agency also took home one bronze and one merit award for its print and TV work on behalf of University of Chicago Medicine.
More than 600 advertising agencies and 800 institutions competed in the SIAA show this year, with more than 1,900 entries judged by the awards committee. The national panel of judges reviewed entries for execution, creativity, quality, consumer appeal and overall breakthrough advertising content.
