Devolutions Launches Devolutions Ventures to Invest in the Next Generation of IT Technology
New investment arm builds on seven investments, acquisitions and sponsorships across AI, network performance, secure access and IT automation
MONTREAL, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Devolutions, a global leader in secure access and IT management solutions, today announced the launch of Devolutions Ventures, a new corporate venture division focused on backing companies and projects across the IT and managed service provider (MSP) ecosystem, including secure access, network performance, automation and other technologies IT teams rely on every day.
Devolutions Ventures builds on seven investments, acquisitions and sponsorships Devolutions has made since 2025, including Mizo, dbatools.pro, Obkio, UniGetUI, Avalonia UI, PowerShell Universal and ControlR, spanning AI automation, network monitoring, open source and IT automation. Rather than pursuing a traditional consolidation strategy, the division is focused on building a connected ecosystem of complementary technologies that address the needs of IT teams and MSPs. Individual investments to date have typically ranged from $500,000 to $3 million per company.
