DF Marine Becomes Part of Vistra Group

Specialising in providing professional services associated with the operation and ownership of yachts, DF Marine has established itself as a leading provider in the fields of yacht registration, yacht sale/purchase-contracts, yacht finance, Maltese leasing structures and EU VAT advisory.

The DF Marine team, led by Anthony Galea, will join the Vistra Group and a new entity has been formed to enhance the Group's offering, Vistra Marine & Aviation Ltd. This company will also be receiving from Vistra Malta the existing marine & aviation portfolio.
