Diamond Resorts International Announces Record-Breaking Attendance for Vacations for Life® Summer Family Fun Program

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of their ever-expanding hospitality platform, Diamond Resorts International® hosted its Vacations for Life® Summer Family Fun program at resorts worldwide. The goal was to offer a plentiful assortment of family-friendly activities during the summer months. For the second year in a row the program has proved to be a smashing success; Vacations for Life® Summer Family Fun attracted more than 130,000 participants across the company's managed resorts—a new record. In the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean, the program ran from June 29 through August 6, and in Europe from July 18 through August 28.

The program kicked off each week with Diamond Resorts team members leading opening ceremony celebrations featuring the electric slide, games, prizes, food and music. Kids and adults of all ages competed in action-packed activities included scavenger hunts, limbo contests, water balloon contests, mini golf, junior chef contests, and giant Jenga – with closing ceremony parties at the end of each week featuring a different theme such as western, luau, disco and safari.

The program fits perfectly within the Stay Vacationed.™ credo that Diamond Resorts has established. Guests will remember the good times they had on vacation, as well as the inviting atmosphere that has defined the ongoing success of Diamond Resorts.
