DiamondRock Hospitality Company Announces the Exercise of the Underwriters' Overallotment Option

BETHESDA, Md., May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH) today announced that the underwriters of its recent follow-on public offering of common stock have exercised their overallotment option to acquire an additional 3,000,000 shares of common stock.

Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as joint book running managers for the offering.  KeyBanc Capital Markets, FBR Capital Markets, PNC Capital Markets LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. After deducting the underwriting discount and offering expenses, DiamondRock expects to receive total net proceeds from the sale of its shares of common stock of $184.5 million.
