Diebold Partners With Infosys And Oracle To Transform Business Operations

NORTH CANTON, Ohio, Nov. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- In an effort to transform and streamline Diebold's service, supply chain management and financial operations processes, Diebold, Incorporated (NYSE: DBD) has partnered with Infosys (NYSE: INFY) and Oracle to deploy market leading enterprise applications. Diebold has more than 10 years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience, and has partnered with Infosys over the past 18 months to strategize, mobilize and transform its global information technology (IT) delivery.

By deploying Oracle's enterprise applications, Diebold will simplify and standardize its global processes to create a more robust and customer-centric enterprise.  The enterprise applications (Oracle R12 E-business suite and Siebel Field Service) will drive internal efficiencies and enable an integrated real-time view of Diebold's global cross-functional processes and data.
