Dielectric adds to machining center capacity and efficiency
Productivity gains will help customers respond quickly to needs of marketplace
MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., March 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Dielectric Corporation has added three new Brother vertical CNC machining centers to its already extensive array of machining capabilities. All three machines have the capability to handle larger part profiles and have greater tool-holding capacity than existing equipment. Two machines are also equipped with 27,000 RPM spindles to maximize machining speeds. The third machining center includes a pallet shuttle which allows the operator to load parts on one table while the spindle is actively machining parts on the second table.
The new machining centers will increase both the volume and scale of parts that Dielectric manufactures, bolstering the company's status as a single-source contract manufacturer of parts for OEM's.
"The new machining centers were added to address the growing demand for Dielectric's products and services as well as demonstrate our commitment to efficiency and productivity in today's global market place," says Perry Pabich, Chief Operating Officer.
