DENVER, July 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Adperio, a performance-based online agency based in Denver, Colorado, received a multi-million dollar investment from Matomy Media Group, Inc., an international ad company specializing in the European and Latin American markets. The investment will be distributed over 4 years with the final value based on Adperio's performance, likely reaching a value in the tens of millions.

Matomy Media Group has extensive experience in performance-based marketing, focusing on display, search and affiliate channels. Matomy is expected to generate $100 million in annual revenue in 2011, mainly from Europe and South America.
