Digital Clarity Announces Office Move To Facilitate Growth Plans

LONDON, April 25, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RTG Ventures (OTCQB: RTGV) announced today that its lead marketing agency, Digital Clarity has moved to larger offices to expand its operations in Europe. Within the overall streamlining of the business, the larger quarters were negotiated, which further reduced leasing costs. In a brief statement, Reggie James SVP Marketing & Managing Director of Digital Clarity said: "Digital Clarity has been expanding its European customer base and the office move will allow us to build a stronger technical infrastructure as well as attract top talent to continue with the growth of our business." He went on to say: "The recent announcement of the new LA Office reinforces the company's strategy of the tech hub as core to the global expansion plans of Digital Clarity and RTG alike."

RTG Ventures, as the parent company, reduced overall General and Administrative Expenses over 40% in the last six months, as stated in the 10Q for the 2nd quarter, issued April 23, 2012.

RTG Ventures will shortly be announcing a joint interview to shareholders with Steve Baughman, Head of US Operations and Reggie James to outline the future vision of the company. The interview will expand upon the LA Business Journal released on Monday, April 23, 2012.

In addition, the company has ordered a NOBO list effective April 18, 2012. RTG has taken this important step so that it will be able to analyze the existing public shareholder base and its structure as it relates to the stock, and how the stock trades.
