Digital Industry Leader John Meadows Joins DefinedLogic

John brings more than two decades of experience leading enterprise digital initiatives in the telecommunications industry for one of the world's largest brands, AT&T. John managed the myAT&T online service and support application for 60 million wireless customers. He also led Sales & Marketing for att.com and the planning and implementation process for the online experience of the AT&T-DIRECTV merger.

Driving the "Digital First" effort to enhance the online experience, under John's leadership, customer satisfaction scores increased significantly and AT&T's JD Power ranking for Online Customer Service improved to #1 in the wireless industry, where it has remained. John also managed one of the largest online media programs in the world—generating millions of leads online and for retail stores, call centers and indirect channels of distribution. Since 2015, he was Chief Executive Officer for a European technology company, helping to launch the Connectik collaboration app and the mobile security platform, Proacts, in the United States.
