Digital Media Authority Becomes Chief Advertising Officer

ST. LOUIS, Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- StationDigital Corporation (OTCQB: SDIG), a revolutionary Internet media delivery platform, announces the addition of Jacob Morris to its team in the role of Chief Advertising Officer.

The newly formed position of Chief Advertising Officer will be spearheading the entire advertising initiatives of StationDigital Corporation. Mr. Morris will be in direct control of the company's advertising outreach, which includes: advertising and distribution channel management, advertising product development and marketing communications (including advertising, promotions, pricing, and market research).

Jacob Morris has long been considered a leader in the digital media world.  Beginning in 1996, he was a founding partner in Real Media, Inc, a forerunner of 24/7 Real Media.  It was here, that Morris built the company up as well as created the "language" of modern online ad-delivery speak.  Additionally, he was instrumental in the creation of what are modern day departments within a digital company, such as: Technical Support, Account Management and Training.  Mr. Morris created Real Media into a $680 million dollar global marketing services company.

Many companies utilized the expertise of Jacob Morris and he eventually began his own consulting firm.  Clients such as Playboy, Forbes.com, and NYTimes.com valued his wisdom to increase their ad profitability.

In 2005, Mr. Morris worked to oversee the migration of the ad operations of United Online from a proprietary in-house solution to Open Adstream.   This move effectively increased ad profitability and lower operations costs. 

In 2008, he co-founded and was COO of Commercial Road Media, a boutique ad-operations marketing firm, which provided comprehensive ad operations services to its clientele, which included: DECA, VidShadow, EgoTV, CitySpur and SMOSH.  Additionally, in 2011, Mr. Morris became the COO of WOWIO, Inc. where Morris was instrumental in bringing the company to the OTC market by 2014.
