Diplomat Enhances Corporate Governance With Appointment of Ben Wolin to Newly-Created Role of Lead Director

Mr. Wolin, a member of the Company's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and its Audit Committee, was appointed to the newly created position by the Company's independent directors.
