DISYS VP Al Barsoumian Listed on SIA's 40 Under 40 List, Featuring Staffing Trailblazers

Originally tapped to lead DISYS' Boston market, Mr. Barsoumian joined DISYS in 2015 as managing director of sales and recruiting functions. His immediate investment in the DISYS mission and through an ongoing commitment to leading a growing team and supporting an expanding clientele, Al was promoted to vice president in 2016 where he currently supports a team of nearly 25. As a company leader, he also ventures outside of his specific role to offer leadership, feedback and expertise on ways to improve interdepartmental relations and cross-functional support.
