Mobile TV Tablet: Watch, Surf and Play
The new 8'' RCA Mobile TV Tablet (model DDA850R) features a high-definition touchscreen and is the first tablet enabled with both an ATSC digital TV receiver and DyleTM mobile TV for live, local and national programming on-the-go from TV stations in your area. Ideal for stationary and mobile TV viewing, the DDA850R is fully-functional Android device that includes front and rear cameras, Wi-Fi for easy Internet browsing, email and access to Google Play. With a suggested retail price of $299, the RCA Mobile TV Tablet will be available in the first quarter of 2013 and is developed by small-screen RCA TV licensee Digital Stream.
Low-cost IP Phones and Service
Three new digital IP phones bundled with a powerful and low-cost VoIP service powered by Broadview Networks provide small businesses with many features that were formerly reserved for large, proprietary PBX systems, while saving them as much as 50% off of their traditional phone service. Three new phones -- IP110S (two-line), IP120S (three-line) and IP160S (expandable cordless) -- will be offered for sale together with the phone service. By moving all the features of the phone system to the RCA hosted service, companies can easily set up remote locations and even offer direct-extension dialing to an employee's home office. To increase awareness of the RCA brand during CES, a social media campaign with a giveaway component is being conducted at the booth and online on RCA's Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/RCAbrand) and Twitter (http://twitter.com/rcabrand) pages. Onsite attendees and media can have their picture taken with a Nipper & Chipper image in the booth and be automatically entered to win a daily contest for prize giveaways.
