LAS VEGAS, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At the 2013 International CES taking place January 8 – 11, a wide range of products will be showcased under the RCA brand.  Owned by Technicolor, the RCA brand is licensed to several companies for manufacturing and distribution including On Corporation (television), Digital Stream (mobile TV) and Telefield (telephones).  At booth 8531 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, the three companies will be demonstrating a variety of new products.

Affordable RCA LED LCD TVs
A new line of stylish, ultra-thin LED LCD high-definition televisions deliver outstanding picture quality at affordable prices.  The five new sets in screen sizes ranging from 32-inch to 55-inch all feature back-lit LED technology that produces images with more vivid colors.  A highlight of the line is the 55-inch Model LED55C55R120Q, with a suggested retail price of just $849.99, offers 120Hz refresh rate that reduces blur and enhances image detail when viewing fast motion video sequences and crisp, easy viewing of sports, video games and movies.  This set also features 1920 x 1080 resolution, 6.5ms response time for clear motion fast scenes, and 5000:1 contrast.

Mobile TV Tablet: Watch, Surf and Play
The new 8'' RCA Mobile TV Tablet (model DDA850R) features a high-definition touchscreen and is the first tablet enabled with both an ATSC digital TV receiver and DyleTM mobile TV for live, local and national programming on-the-go from TV stations in your area.   Ideal for stationary and mobile TV viewing, the DDA850R is fully-functional Android device that includes front and rear cameras, Wi-Fi for easy Internet browsing, email and access to Google Play.  With a suggested retail price of $299, the RCA Mobile TV Tablet will be available in the first quarter of 2013 and is developed by small-screen RCA TV licensee Digital Stream.

Low-cost IP Phones and Service
Three new digital IP phones bundled with a powerful and low-cost VoIP service powered by Broadview Networks provide small businesses with many features that were formerly reserved for large, proprietary PBX systems, while saving them as much as 50% off of their traditional phone service.  Three new phones -- IP110S (two-line), IP120S (three-line) and IP160S (expandable cordless) -- will be offered for sale together with the phone service.    By moving all the features of the phone system to the RCA hosted service, companies can easily set up remote locations and even offer direct-extension dialing to an employee's home office.   Activating the RCA Broadband phone service is easy – simply plug in the phone to the Internet and visit rca4business.com to sign up for the service.  In addition, two new apps for the RCA IP150 6-line IP desk phone with Google's Android OS will be demonstrated:  one that enables security monitoring and the second conference call administering.

To increase awareness of the RCA brand during CES, a social media campaign with a giveaway component is being conducted at the booth and online on RCA's Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/RCAbrand) and Twitter (http://twitter.com/rcabrand) pages. Onsite attendees and media can have their picture taken with a Nipper & Chipper image in the booth and be automatically entered to win a daily contest for prize giveaways.
