Docupace Taps Veteran Sales Director James Caulkins as Chief Revenue Officer

Docupace is streamlining sales, marketing, and service under one division within its organization, which will be helmed by Mr. Caulkins. He has 17 years of experience working in sales management and marketing roles, with a focus on leadership, negotiation, sales strategy, business development, and financial profitability. Before joining Docupace, Mr. Caulkins led teams at IBM, Sungard Availability Services, and Salesforce, which consistently outperformed their year-over-year growth targets under his leadership. Mr. Caulkins also co-founded EcoNation Transportation Services, growing the green limousine service firm into a multi-million-dollar enterprise as Chief Sales Officer before it was acquired in 2012.

In addition, as part of Docupace's effort to integrate sales, marketing, and service under one division within its organization, Rickey Bijlani has joined Docupace as Director of Marketing, and will report directly to Mr. Caulkins. Mr. Bijlani will develop and lead marketing strategies to support Docupace's goals for expanding its business and growing its revenue. He previously spent two years as Product Marketing Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, and two years in the same role at DAQRI. Mr. Bijlani partnered with sales and marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies at both companies. He also spent three years as Assistant Product Marketing Manager at The Walt Disney Co., where he helped develop and execute global marketing strategies and product development for packaged and digital media goods.
