DocuSign Names Informatica Executive Eric Johnson as Chief Information Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- DocuSign, Inc. (DocuSign®) announced that Eric Johnson, former Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Informatica, has joined the company. Johnson will serve as DocuSign's CIO and member of the company's executive leadership team, reporting to Chief Operating Officer Gordon Payne.

Johnson brings nearly twenty years of global leadership experience in information technology with a proven track record delivering complex, high value solutions across a wide range of industries. With success in building and leading highly effective global teams while supporting largely distributed workforces, Johnson has developed, driven and delivered strategic IT architectures and cloud solutions to support rapidly growing global businesses.

He grew his experience at Informatica starting as Senior Manager in Finance and HR applications with promotions to Director of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Web Applications, Senior Director of IT, Vice President of Global IT Solutions, and ultimately SVP and CIO. In his most recent post, Johnson was a member of the executive committee with responsibility for all internal technology direction and strategy, leading a global team to bring a cutting-edge cloud solution portfolio to life for more than 3,600 employees in 22 countries.
