Peter Sidhu, an area supervisor, has scooped the prestigious title of Supervisor of the Year at Domino's annual national awards ceremony. The event recently took place at the Echo Arena in Liverpool.

Peter was recognised for his superb ability to multi-task, as well as his people skills, passion and energy for the brand. Peter works as an area supervisor and is responsible for six Domino's stores located in north east Hampshire. At the start of 2012, there were four stores in Peter's area, with that increasing to six by the end of the year. Peter has diligently been working at getting the right team in place and maintaining excellent standards across his group.
Peter takes a hands-on approach and looks at how he can improve every aspect of the business. His natural
leadership has shone through and he has successfully built up good relationships with team members, customers and local businesses alike. He demonstrates professionalism and always puts the customers first.
As an area supervisor it is Peter's job to oversee the teams and the store operations, this involves making sure that
each store is fully staffed and that high standards are being maintained. He is passionate about training and motivating
his staff and these skills along with his organisational ability and desire to win has secured him repeat success in all
his stores.
