Mr. Blanchard joins ServiceLink with extensive experience in corporate, contract and real estate law where he has served as Senior Counsel to three national settlement service operations over the past 14 years.
Prior to joining ServiceLink, Don served as Deputy General Counsel for Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS), where he focused on compliance, regulatory and government affairs. Before LPS, Don served as General Counsel at Landsafe, Inc., the settlement service affiliate of Countrywide Home Loans. Don also served as General Counsel at LSI in Pittsburgh, where he was a member of the executive management group. Prior to entering the mortgage services industry, Don served as the General Counsel of a mid-sized commercial bank in Connecticut. He was also a Section Chief at the FDIC, where he litigated and managed large asset resolutions for failed banks. Don began his legal career as a real estate lawyer in private practice, closing hundreds of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
