LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Donan Engineering Co., Inc. today announced plans to open a new office in Omaha, Nebraska. Donan will begin offering forensic investigative services from our Omaha office on April 2, 2012. This office opening will be Donan's first office presence in the state of Nebraska.
"We could not be more excited to begin offering services in the state of Nebraska with the opening of an Omaha office," says Kevin B. Abell, Donan Engineering's chief sales and marketing officer. "Since we opened offices in Iowa, we have been discussing the next logical step into Nebraska. One of our key company goals is to keep our offices located within several hours' drive of the next closest Donan office. This allows us to reduce our travel times to loss locations and to support our new offices from other Donan offices. Our business is inherently unpredictable, as we work a lot with what Mother Nature deals us, so it's important to always have contingency plans in the event we are impacted by a large catastrophe situation. By keeping our offices closely clustered, we are able to move our team professionals around from office to office when events occur that create significant upturns in work volume."
Abell went on to say, "At Donan, we refuse to sacrifice customer service and turnaround times, regardless of our work volume. We've built a culture that is all about consistently doing things effectively and efficiently so our clients can quickly get the accurate answers they need so they are better able to serve their own customers. By having more offices in closer locations, it allows us more flexibility with our resources so we are better able to maintain our industry-leading service and turnaround time."
