Boyd, Owner of Tip Top Cleaners is being honored as a 2012/2013 NAPW Professional Woman of the Year by National Association of Professional Women, a prestigious distinction awarded by the 400,000-strong membership of NAPW who join together to develop innovative business and social relationships.

Donna R. Boyd's successful dry cleaning establishment, Tip Top Cleaners, specializes in expert affordable dry cleaning and laundry services for the many residents living in Pennsylvania's Franklin County. Ms. Boyd takes great pride in providing prompt expert service to her many loyal customers and has developed a reputation for excellent service and always going that extra mile.

Ms. Boyd's number one priority is customer satisfaction. Her organized tagging system, which has been designed for identification purposes, takes the worry out of losing valuable articles of clothing for the customer and has helped to maintain Tip Top's reputation for providing excellence in every category of service.

Clothing is carefully examined for stains, missing buttons, and tears; then counted, tagged, and dated for drop off and pick up. Ms. Boyd and her staff next generate an invoice with the specifics about the clothing, including the name, address, and phone number of the customer. At the conclusion of the process, the customer is given a receipt that will be used for pick up. After dropping off their dry cleaning, Ms. Boyd's customers leave with a sense of security knowing that their clothing is in the hands of a consummate professional.

As the concerned and caring business owner of Tip Top Cleaners, Ms. Boyd has built a reputation for consistently offering convenience, quality, and personal service. Tip Top Cleaners is committed to accommodating the needs of its customers and provides dry cleaning services for every day and formal wear. Ms. Boyd's cleaning expertise also features the specialized care and cleaning of leather and suede. In addition, she includes the delicate preservation of bridal gowns as one of her specialty services.

Ms. Boyd takes great pride in the services she offers her community and is currently involved with the local Chamber of Commerce and her favorite local charities.
