Douglas Wisner Joins Clifford Chance as Real Estate Leader

NEW YORK, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announced that Douglas L. Wisner has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office and will lead the firm's Real Estate group in the Americas region.  

Wisner has more than 30 years of experience working on large, sophisticated real estate transactions.  He has significant experience in representing investment banks, commercial banks and other arrangers of construction, bridge, mezzanine and permanent credit facilities in domestic and cross-border capital markets and leveraged bank transactions.  Additionally, Wisner brings extensive experience in hospitality – part of a key sector Clifford Chance has identified for additional focus and growth.
