A 1999 graduate of the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, having completed specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Boston University Medical Center in 2004, Dr. Tendler is well educated and experienced in the most current dental and surgical techniques.

Dr. Tendler is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, as well as a fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the Florida Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Miami Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association and many affiliated local dental societies.

As the past President of the North Dade and Miami Beach Dental Society, Dr. Tendler is committed to elevating the standards and practices of the profession and has lectured extensively at both the local and national levels as a dental educator. He specializes in dental implants, aesthetic and functional facial reconstruction, Wisdom Teeth removal, and the surgical treatment of Orthognathic (Jaw) issues, cancer, and TMJ, as well as he surgical repair of dental and facial trauma injuries.
