Dallas plastic surgeon, Dr. Rod J. Rohrich, has been best rated as the best facelift surgeon in the United States in Newsweek's ranked list of America's Best Plastic Surgeons for 2025, marking his fifth consecutive year at number 1.

The America's Best Plastic Surgeons rankings, developed by Newsweek in partnership with global data research firm Statista, identify the top-performing surgeons across six common cosmetic surgery categories. The 2025 survey was conducted between March and May and gathered more than 10,000 votes from physicians, surgeons, clinic managers, and other medical professionals familiar with plastic surgery. Surgeons were evaluated using a weighted scoring system that factored peer recommendations, quality-of-care ratings such as outcomes and follow-up, and board certification.

Facelift surgery, which rejuvenates the face and neck by addressing skin laxity, muscle tone, and fat volume, is widely regarded as one of the most challenging procedures in aesthetic plastic surgery. Well known for his contributions in plastic surgery, Dr. Rohrich has helped advance modern facelift techniques through a focus on individualized surgical planning, natural-looking results, and outcome longevity.
