Each surgeon was evaluated through a weighted scoring model that included peer recommendations (in-state and out-of-state), quality of care ratings such as outcomes and follow-up, and certification status. Recommendations accounted for the majority of the score, ensuring that the list reflects the judgment of those most familiar with the field.

Dr. Rohrich's number one ranking underscores his long-standing reputation as a leader and educator in rhinoplasty, one of the most technically demanding and nuanced procedures in plastic surgery.
