Dr. Neumann Heads a Growing and Enriching Educational Environment for Military Students and Others Pursuing Online Graduate Degrees

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Dr. Yoram Neumann returns to the 25-thousand-student Touro University system as the Chief Executive Officer of the online and not-for-profit Touro University Worldwide (TUW).
