The new members bring additional ICS industry knowledge, skills and depth to Dragos' already highly recognized team of ICS cybersecurity experts, as well as functional skills in product management, sales, marketing, finance, and HR. With these additions, the Dragos team now has over 100 years of combined experience relating to securing ICS and countering industrial security threats, by far the largest concentration of such expertise in the industry today.

Reid Wightman, EnergySec's 2016 Cybersecurity Professional of the Year has joined the Dragos Intelligence Team as a Senior Vulnerability Analyst. A veteran of Schweitzer Engineering Labs, he is noted for analyzing hardware and firmware not only for product vulnerabilities and supply chain issues, but also in finding protocol vulnerabilities. He led the 2011 DigitalBond Basecamp research project which revealed security issues in many industrial controllers.
Joining the Dragos Threat Operations team as Principal Threat Hunters are Daniel Michaud-Soucy and Mark Stacey. Michaud-Soucy was previously at Sempra Energy where he focused on threat detection and response. His experience also includes performing cyber vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on oil & gas, electrical power, water treatment and pharmaceutical ICS environments for Red Tiger Security. Stacey comes to Dragos from the RSA Incident Response Team, where he provided incident response, discovery and forensic services for clients across multiple industry and governmental sectors. He previously was a cyber-threat intelligence analyst for the US Department of Energy.
Now driving sales and marketing are Pat Differ, VP Sales and Matt Cowell, Director of Product Marketing, both functional experts as well as trained engineers. Differ is one of the ICS industry's most highly respected sales executives with over 35 years' ICS industry experience in cybersecurity, automation and reliability analysis with Securicon, Industrial Defender/Leidos, and Hathaway/Qualitrol. Cowell, is a certified Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) with over 15 years' experience in industrial applications at Ultra Electronics, Phoenix Contact, and Danaher Industrial Controls.

Tom Leuchtner, VP Product Management and Strategy, brings over 20 years' experience spanning fintech, cybersecurity, analytics, and enterprise software at MicroStrategy, Telesign, FICO and Wolters Kluwer. Rosario Ruiz-Velasco, Director of Finance and HR, brings over 30 years' experience covering all aspects of finance and HR, including managing federal government contracts at companies including Silent Circle and SOC-SMG.
