DRB Group Announces Two New Mortgage Joint Ventures

New partnerships with Acrisure Mortgage in the east and Alta Home Lending in the west align DRB's premier home product offering with a customer-centric mortgage process.

GAITHERSBURG, Md., Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DRB Group today announced the planned January 2027 launch of two mortgage joint ventures to strengthen and expand the company's customer offering across its DRB Homes' national footprint: DRB Mortgage, in partnership with Acrisure Mortgage in the east, and DRB Home Loans, in partnership with Alta Home Lending in the west.

The initiative reflects the vision of DRB Group President and Chief Executive Officer, Ronny Salameh, to pair DRB's high-quality builder brands: DRB Homes and DRB Elevate 55+ with a mortgage experience built around transparency, execution, and customer care. As DRB Group continues to grow, the company is focused on ensuring buyers have access to a streamlined financing process that supports a seamless journey from contract to closing.

To lead this effort, Salameh appointed Matthew Wolf, senior vice president of Financial Services for DRB Group, to develop a mortgage strategy that would deliver the strongest possible customer experience. Wolf, a long-tenured mortgage professional who joined DRB Group after a successful career with a top 5 national builder, led a comprehensive search to identify partners with proven operational strength, local market knowledge, and a shared commitment to serving homebuyers at the highest level.
