DRIVIN Names Automotive Industry Veteran, Leslie Vander Baan, Vice President of Partnerships
CHICAGO, Aug. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- DRIVIN today announced that Leslie Vander Baan, automotive industry veteran and former co-founder of CarBuyCo, has been named Vice President, Partnerships. She is responsible for all aspects of developing, managing and expanding partnerships across the business, including strategic planning and expansion of current partner relationships. Vander Baan reports directly to CEO, Kayne Grau.

Vander Baan has been involved with a number of initiatives designed toward revolutionizing a consumer's ability to quickly and efficiently sell their vehicle. She has founded businesses for both publicly traded and private sector companies which includes co-founding the nation's first virtualized car buying program, CarBuyCo, a KAR Auction Services company. Under her direction, the company expanded from a pilot operation to a national business with over 50 locations in under a year. Additionally, Leslie founded the first of its kind, Automotive Consignment, a consignment based automotive buying and selling service targeting one third of the used car marketplace garnering national press coverage. Prior to DRIVIN, Leslie was with Automotive Finance Corporation where she was instrumental in leading a number of successful strategic projects.
