DRX9000™ Intellectual Property Acquisition Finalized, Excite Medical Positioned for Growth

TAMPA, Fla., March 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Excite Medical, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, recently finalized the acquisition of all intellectual property associated with the popular DRX9000™ True Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression® System previously owned by Axiom Worldwide®, announced Excite Medical founder and president Saleem Musallam.

Included in the purchase are all applications, programs, designs, drawings, source codes, schematics, and U.S. FDA 510(k) certificates for all DRX9000™ spinal decompression devices along with four trademarks, including the "DRX®" mark.

"This intellectual property perfectly positions Excite Medical to develop, sell, service, and market the DRX9000™," said Musallam, adding, "It's central to our growth strategy."
