Developed by DSF Group, Halstead Square has also signed on its first retail tenant, BlackFinn American Grille, a 9,000 square foot restaurant providing contemporary American fare. The polished casual dining destination will open in Summer 2012.
The first building of the multi-phase project, The Rockwell at Halstead Square, is now open and consists of 242 apartment units, 10,500 square feet of amenity space and 27,000 square feet of retail. The residences are managed by Bozzuto Management Company.
