Teri Mullaney, a 20-year healthcare veteran with expertise in corporate strategy and solutions management, will help drive innovation in solutions development as Vice President, Business Solutions. Chris Henry, a seasoned sales and delivery executive for global healthcare organizations, will lead DST's national sales initiatives as Vice President of Sales and Account Management.

Ms. Mullaney will provide strategic insight into market needs and identify opportunities for innovation and growth within DST. She will take on the responsibilities of solutions management, strategic marketing and industry relations. She will also exercise oversight of DST's solution portfolio developed in anticipation of healthcare reform and the emergence of new business models that support accountable care organizations (ACO), value-based reimbursement and population health management.

Prior to assuming her role with DST, Mullaney held executive positions within Fortune 500 corporations as well as small and mid-sized companies, while also serving as a corporate board member. At companies including EDS, Q Mark and Equifax (HealthChex), Mullaney orchestrated major initiatives around healthcare analytics, care management and administrative operations to the payer, provider and pharmaceutical markets.

Additional executive experience at EDS, Perot Systems and Heller Financial have allowed Mr. Henry to develop expertise in health insurance systems, outsourcing of applications and business processes, systems integration and consulting.
