DST Health Solutions is taking a leadership role in helping health plans be proactive in their efforts to dramatically improve care management coordination and quality of care. This session, led by DST Health Solutions Strategy Officer Teri Mullaney, and featuring health plan executives, industry analysts and health plan consultants, will highlight best practices and critical elements supporting the continuum of care management, including:
