Duffy & Duffy Secures Place on 'New York's Top Verdicts of 2009'

The list, published by Verdict Search, was included in the April 26th edition of the New York Law Journal. The firm's four cases all ranked on the Top Medical Malpractice verdicts of 2009. In addition, Figueroa v. Southern, a case involving a Bronx resident who suffered from paralysis following his doctor's failure to properly diagnosis a spinal abscess, ranked 12th on the Top 25 Verdicts of 2009.
