Dussias Skallas Marks First Anniversary With Sale of Client Business
Client Forest Financial Group is sold to Hub International
CHICAGO, Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The law firm Dussias Skallas LLP marked its first year in business with the completion of a major corporate transaction.
Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, acquired the assets of Forest Financial Group (FFG). Founded in in 1998 by Nicholas T. Gialamas and based in Lake Forest, FFG specializes in employee benefits consulting. Attorney A. Thomas Skallas, of Dussias Skallas, represented Gialamas in the deal.
