Jones has been named Chief Commercial Officer; Rivers has been promoted to President of EMEA; Tate will serve as the new GM of Boston, filling the role Rivers held until her promotion. This leadership expansion follows DWA's being recognized as one of Inc. Magazine's fastest-growing companies for the fourth year in a row.

In his new role as Chief Commercial Officer, Jones will be charged with growing key global accounts and forging new business opportunities. Jones previously served as DWA's President of International. Under his leadership, the company's EMEA unit just experienced its strongest year ever.
As President of EMEA, Rivers will be relocating to London. While serving as GM of Boston, she oversaw major accounts including Sprint, Akamai, TE Connectivity, Planview, and Forcepoint. She also conceptualized and built a cloud-based strategic intent research tool for DWA's clients.
Tate will take over as GM of Boston; he joins from Digitas Boston where he led the account level programmatic team. He serves on the executive committee at the Boston Interactive Marketing Association (BIMA), where he was named 2017's "Board Member of the Year."
