The steps necessary to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from DX is not as difficult as you may think.

To obtain an RMA for return or exchange, please follow these four simple steps:

1. Contact DX.com and let us know you wish to return or exchange an item.
2. It is important that you use the RMA code given to you when filling in the return form.
3. The customer will have to provide related materials that prove he or she actually ordered the item. Take a picture of the receipt (tracking number included) and send it to DX so that we know for sure the customer wants to ask for an exchange or a refund, according to the date, package weight, sum and so on.
4. Knowing for sure that an exchange or a refund is required, DX will arrange shipment or return the money back to the customer.
