The steps necessary to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from DX is not as difficult as you may think.
To obtain an RMA for return or exchange, please follow these four simple steps:
- Contact DX.com and let us know you wish to return or exchange an item.
- It is important that you use the RMA code given to you when filling in the return form.
- The customer will have to provide related materials that prove he or she actually ordered the item. Take a picture of the receipt (tracking number included) and send it to DX so that we know for sure the customer wants to ask for an exchange or a refund, according to the date, package weight, sum and so on.
- Knowing for sure that an exchange or a refund is required, DX will arrange shipment or return the money back to the customer.
