E-ONE Appoints CEO

OCALA, Fla., May 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- E-ONE, Inc., a market-leading manufacturer of first responder apparatus, has appointed Kent Tyler as president and CEO. Tyler replaces Peter Guile, who was appointed CEO of Allied Specialty Vehicles (ASV), the parent company of E-ONE, in January. Tyler, 45, most recently served as president of Collins Bus Corporation, also an ASV portfolio company and leader of Type-A school bus production throughout North America. Tyler will continue to lead Collins Bus for the immediate future alongside his new responsibilities at E-ONE.

Tyler has more than 14 years of experience in the specialty vehicle manufacturing industry, having joined Collins Industries in 1997.  He holds a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University and a master's degree from Missouri State University.  Tyler and his family will relocate to the Ocala, FL, area.
