EarthSearch Communications Signs Halogen Security to Master Licensee Agreement

ATLANTA, Jan. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- East Coast Diversified Corporation (OTC.BB:ECDC) announces today that its subsidiary, EarthSearch Communications International, has signed a new Master Licensee Agreement with Halogen Security.

The three-year Agreement, which takes effect this month, grants Halogen the exclusive right to sell EarthSearch's integrated RFID/GPS software platform to end users and recruit distributors within its West African sales territory. This territory includes all 16 countries within the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
