Eastern Union Offers Free Interactive Real Estate and Finance Course

Eastern Union Funding's president and founder, Ira Zlotowitz, wants to teach you how to master the game of commercial real estate. In an exclusive 15-session course which can be joined in person or online, Ira will share the inside-wire, garnered over decades in the commercial real estate business, and show you how to succeed in this competitive industry.

Classes will be held Monday through Thursday, starting from Tuesday, March 14th through Thursday, April 6th. Each class will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, covering topics such as; basic and sophisticated commercial real estate concepts, mortgages and financing, syndication, leveraging, cold calling, sales techniques, employing technology as a means of increasing business, and other general skills. Attendees will also be introduced to Eastern Union Funding's innovative commercial real estate app, which serves as a digital toolbox for investors to identify and close deals quickly.
The program will consist of three segments: for the first hour of the program, the course will be led by Ira. For the next two hours, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, there will be a hands-on opportunity to make cold calls and follow-up calls and you will get compensated for your work during these two hours. From 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, there will be sales training to analyze the results of the calls.
Attendees are required to bring an iOS or Android based smart phone with the latest version of the Eastern Union Funding app installed. Please download the app via the Apple App Store or via Google Play for Android and confirm you have access before the course. Attendees are also recommended to bring a tablet with the app installed, if they have one.
