Eaton Partners Serves as Exclusive Placement Agent for $400 Million Private Equity Fund

ROWAYTON, Conn., Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Partners ("Eaton"), a leading independent global fund placement agent, is pleased to have served as the exclusive placement agent for the first institutional fund managed by Turnbridge Capital Partners. The fund will invest alongside experienced management teams who lead companies, primarily in the middle market, that provide services and manufactured products to the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sectors.

The fund, Turnbridge Capital Partners I, L.P., was oversubscribed and closed at its hard-cap with $400 million in commitments versus a target of $350 million. Capital commitments came from a diversified group of institutional investors including endowments, foundations, family offices and pension funds. The fund held its final close within six months of launch.    

Turnbridge Capital Partners was founded in 2008 and is led by six partners with extensive experience in the energy industry.
